I legitimately thought someone was getting murdered. My last night there, I woke up at 2am to slamming doors and blood curdling screams from a female in one of the rooms near mine. I was in a non smoking section of the motel, but it did not matter, because as soon as my neighbors lit up, it came through the bathroom vent straight into my room, despite the fact they were also in a non smoking room. The sheets were clean, but the comforter had stains on it, because I am assuming that never gets washed. Everything looked as though it had been wiped down but nothing felt clean about it. My room smelled like mildew the second I walked into it. I would not leave valuables in a car left in the lot overnight. The front lady Maria was so rude with non customer service. I found ridiculous that if you get before check in time, they cannot givenyou a room that it ready. Anyways later on she decided to change rooms and have me one that was read. So inwalked through and saw many ready and another cleaning lady was following and she went into the front office so I did, and told the front rude front desk lady where was I, and she told me if I was walking around the property like if I was doing something wrong, and I said unwanted tonsee where my room was located and she told me I never have your room number, so she lied. So I went to check where my room was and a lady was cleaning rooms and she asked me if I needed help and I just said I was looking for my room and when she think it could be ready and she said that room was occupied but she told me that there were few rooms that were ready. I got earlier than the check in and I asked the front desk lady, Mary if we could get a Tom because my daughter had a competition later and needed to get ready and she said No, because pit policy we can’t give a room earlier than 3 pm, all the tools are been clean now, and my husband said well is one that could be done by now and she said No, then I asked cannnwe have the next available and she said No, all the rooms are assigned and she have me my room number, I said ok didn’t want to argue with someone that was really square in her minds set. In short it was a huge inconvenience taking well over an hour to check in, the young lady at the red roof was friendly. Oh did I Mention that I was sitting on the curb in the parking lot trying to do the trans action through some sort of night cash widow due to the rona19. I’m going to say his real name was not JIM and I’m still waiting on my credit. He comes back to let me know this happens there is not much to do but pay the asking rate witch is more for a smaller room and Orbitz will Provide me with a $25 credit to make up for the difference. He put me on hold called the young lady at the desk talk with her. After 15 minute on hold I told “JIM” everything I hand been forced to text the live chat rep. After 15 minutes of that I was given a phone number to speak to a real live person. So I contacted ORBITZ which had to be via text chat. When I arrived around 9 the hotel had no reservation, Even as I showed them my confirmation number, text and email. I booked with ORBITZ an hour before checking in, seeing as I was traveling and in a car I chose to use the pay on location option but locking in the rate.
